Word from the President of the Union

The Union of Apparel and Textile Industry is one of the largest specialized unions in Palestine, and the Union is one of the specialized unions established by the General Federation of Palestinian Industries in 2000, and the Union includes in its membership many sub-specialties, such as textile in its various specialties (circular fabric - transverse fabric - knitting - dyeing and processing) as well as the clothing industry in all its disciplines (children - harem - men - sports), including design and assembly in its various stages.The union includes more than 300 companies and factories that employ more than eight thousand workers.Since its inception, the Federation has been carrying out its responsibility towards its members, society in general and the textile and clothing industry sector in particular through continuous development, support and defense of the interests of its members, believing that industry is the locomotive of sustainable development and the only tool that can alleviate poverty and unemployment to achieve the prosperity and well-being of societies.Together to build a strong and prosperous industry.
