The Palestinian Federation of Textile and Garment Industries is implementing the Work-Based Learning (WBL) Project, funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in partnership with the Palestinian Federation of Industries. The project targets 20 trainees, including 8 women, in cooperation with five industrial enterprises. It aims to develop vocational skills and connect training with labor-market needs through specialized instruction and practical workplace training, improving employment opportunities and providing enterprises with qualified workers.
