The project was implemented as part of the SYP program, funded by the Belgian Development Agency, in collaboration with the University College of Applied Sciences for the training activities.

In 2022, the project was successfully concluded, achieving the following outcomes:
    •    Development of a training curriculum based on the CTA methodology, serving as a specialized training reference for the union.
    •    Distribution of sewing machine grants to 22 trainees.
    •    Completion of a computer-aided fashion design course focusing on pattern-making, attended by 22 trainees.
    •    Implementation of a Training of Trainers (TOT) program for 15 participants.
