The Palestinian Federation of Textile and Garment Industries is working to implement the Industrial Cluster Project, funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in partnership with the Palestinian Federation of Industries.

The project targets seven industrial enterprises and approximately 35 workers, including seven women, through a shared production facility providing energy, equipment, machinery maintenance, raw materials, and production supplies.

It aims to reduce operating costs, help affected or suspended enterprises resume production, and produce 50 humanitarian textile kits as an initial production batch.
