The project was implemented under the SYP Program, funded by the Belgian Development Agency, with training activities carried out in partnership with the University College of Applied Sciences, ensuring high-quality training aligned with both academic and practical standards.
In 2022, the project was successfully completed, achieving several key outputs, including:

Development of a specialized training curriculum based on the CTA methodology, adopted as an official training reference for the Federation.

Provision of in-kind grants to trainees, including sewing machines for 22 trainees, supporting self-employment opportunities and professional sustainability.

Implementation of a fashion design and computer-based pattern making course for 22 trainees, in line with technological advancements in the garment industry.

Delivery of a Training of Trainers (TOT) program for 15 trainees, aimed at building a pool of qualified trainers capable of transferring knowledge and ensuring the sustainability of training programs within the sector.
