The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) organized a presentation showcasing the achievements and innovative interventions of the “Khitan – Gaza” project in the fields of creative fashion development and sustainable energy solutions. These interventions targeted the garment and textile value chain, aiming to enhance the economic integration of women and youth in the Gaza Strip.

The project contributes to strengthening social inclusion and promoting the greening of economic activities in Gaza, supporting the sustainability of the industrial sector and enhancing its resilience amid ongoing challenges.

This presentation was held during a special event organized in Ramallah, under the patronage of H.E. Minister of National Economy Khaled Al-Asili, celebrating the results achieved by the “Khitan – Gaza” project after one year since its launch.

The event was conducted within the framework of the project
“Promoting the Economic Integration of Women and Youth to Enhance Resilience and Social Stability in the Gaza Strip,”
which aims to support the garment and textile sector, create sustainable economic opportunities, and strengthen the role of target groups in economic and social development.
